What are Mobile Surveys?
A mobile survey is exactly that, a survey that's taken on any type of mobile device out in the field, whether that be through email, text, or even standing around with a tablet and asking passer-bys questions. We understand that you can't always be attached to your desk, and neither can your employees or clients. Sometimes it requires sending a survey out that can be accessed via a mobile device for ease of use of your respondents to get the results you need, and we want to make sure you have access to all of them.
What devices can access mobile surveys?
Our mobile surveys can be used on any web-enabled mobile device. Some browsers however (such as the blackberry) have a hard to handling some code. The mobile devices we do support for most features however are:
